Revealing our inner light is a grand potential in all of us. Thus, the reason behind our name… LUCENT AESTHETIC We proudly provide high quality aesthetic services for Men & Women right here in our Walnut Creek Office.
POST QUARANTINE RE-OPENING What It Will Look Like
To our patients at Lucent Aesthetic: We know how stressful the quarantine and disruption to our lives has been over the last few months. Our skin has been stressed as well. We look forward to welcoming you back to see us in the clinic when we re-open on May 11th. We have instituted the following policies to promote everyone staying healthy:
All patients coming to the office should wear their own facial covering and sanitize their hands at check-in. There will be sanitizing wipes and/or hand sanitizer readily available at check-in and throughout the office. You may also wash hands in the restroom at any time.
Patients will be scheduled with 20-30 minutes between appointments to avoid congestion in the office and to be able to maintain social distancing.
Please be on time but not early for your appointment.
Do not come to the office if you are sick, feverish, coughing or breathless. You will be screened at your reminder call for any signs of illness and rescheduled if needed.
We ask that patients come alone to their appointments and not bring guests. If there are special circumstances regarding this request, please contact the office before the appointment to discuss.
Office staff and clinicians are limited in the office to avoid any difficulty in maintaining social distancing. We will wear face masks and/or shields as the situation requires.
Frequent handwashing is recommended for all of us and is the most important action we can take to maintain good health and prevent spread of infection.
The office environment and each treatment room will be sanitized after use. This will include commonly touched surfaces throughout the office including countertops, doorknobs, handles, testers, soap, sink, hand sanitizers, writing utensils and any other frequently touched items.
We anticipate the new normal for our office developing over the next several weeks and months. We will continue to follow the latest policy recommendations as they emerge so we can keep everyone healthy. We understand that everyone may not be ready to venture out yet so I am available for phone and/or virtual consultations when needed. Please feel free to discuss any additional concerns with us at any time.
Thank you for your support and welcome back! Dr. Valerie Schneider
